show some sewing love pt. 2

(ahem...no peeking, Harley!)

Hearts, cupcakes & puppies. Just the thought of all 3 of them conjures up 'sewing love' in some way or another.
~

This is part 2 of Dandelion Quilt's, Show Some Sewing Love swap.

The flowery, brown fabric looked so delicious -- like chocolate frosting on a cupcake -- that I just had to make a cupcake to go with her tiny heart quilt.

~

The cupcake pattern is from this yummy, yummy book.

Said with a content smile -->'Definitely showing some sewing love.' I'm hoping she can feel that when she receives it.

I have no doubt she is going to love this. I KNOW I DO! Oh, and as if I wasn't drooling over the quilting last week, know I have some serious cupcake jealousy issues going on! HOW CUTE! You do such nice work.

Off to take Buddy to swim class.

Golly, those are just so darned cute! I love the colors together, even though I'm not much for brown. It really shows the other colors off. Well done!

Wow - I love what you made...and the fabric choices. Definitely shows sewing love.

I went to Dandelion Quilts but didn't find the pattern. Could you help me out so I know what to buy?

Thanks!

Hey....where ya been lady??? BTW, I love your banner...kept forgetting to tell you. Are you sick of winter yet? I am sick of being cold, skidding on snow and ice (I hit another car in the Meijer parking lot the other day....both vehicles were fine and he was the nicest man you could have asked to hit...but I am still sick of driving on this stuff). Buddy has been sick since last Friday and in general I am feeling a bit crabby. LOL! At least your runner screams spring is coming Dandy, hold on!
